We are thrilled to announce that ITEC has achieved the prestigious ISO 20000 certification. Our incredible team has demonstrated relentless dedication and hard work. Our pursuit of excellence and adherence to industry best practices have paved the way for us to reach this commendable feat.
During the ISO 20000 certification process, we had to undergo an extensive and comprehensive auditing process. We had to provide evidence for all ten parts or clauses of the standard to show we met the necessary requirements.
By providing documentation such as service management policies and proof of documented processes, we demonstrated how we carry out work and showed that we follow best practices and meet the needs of the standard.

ISO 20000 is the international standard for IT Service Management (ITSM). It is published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and the International Electoral Commission (ICE).
