When problems persist, the ITEC Help Desk is open 12-hours a day, 7 days a week, and the ITEC Engineers are on-call 24/7. With a SLA of 4 hours, your local engineer will identify and solve any problems quickly. If your printer is connected to the internet, it will automatically order toner when your machines are running low, and if that doesn’t work, ITEC’s service teams are monitoring the situation and will order the toner you need.
