I enjoy working for a company that is ‘ahead of the curve’ and helps local business exceed their goals. I once travelled the world working as a motorbike mechanic, and when I’m not at work or on my bike, I’m in my garden barbecuing up a storm.
Starting out as a Trainee Salesperson 21 years ago and now working as ITEC Regional Sales Director based in Dorset & Hampshire, I drive the Southern sales team to evolve how organisations operate while ensuring excellent customer service. I help increase sales revenue and actively look after customers I have picked up during my career. I’ve learned to strike a good work-life balance, so I spend weekends with my children and supporting my favourite football team.
When I’m not on the football pitch or socialising with friends, I successfully support and build new and existing customer relationships. With previous roles in the NHS and as an Office Manager, I thrive in stressful situations, and with every day during my three years at ITEC never being the same, the variety lets me use my expertise and ITEC’s product portfolio to drive customers to success.
As an ITEC Dorset Account Director, I drive customers to success by cost-effectively increasing efficiency and streamlining current workflows. Working in a team, I provide my customers with more choice and more opportunity, using knowledge gained during my PRINCE2 certification and PaperCut accreditation. Outside of work, I’m a keen writer who looks for inspiration by walking in the nearby forests or down the beach with my kids.
As a lover of coastal life, I spend my free time walking along the beach with my friends and family. My role as an ITEC Dorset Account Manager makes me the first port of call for ITEC customers, and I actively maintain and develop strong relationships. With a background in marketing & PR and financial services sales, I’m relishing the challenges the B2B tech sector throws my way.
As a Dorset Account Director within ITEC, I ensure my existing and prospective clients are aware of the many solutions and products available within the marketplace. Working closely with my Account Manager, Danielle Mann, we advise on core print solutions, document capture, IT services and unified comms. When I’m not consulting my customers, I’m expanding my property portfolio, acting as a bank or taxi for my daughter and walking my dogs.
With previous experience working within a data and tech-centric environment, across multiple industries, including education, automotive and care, I can suggest the right technology for your organisation. As an ITEC Account Development Manager, I work alongside customers throughout the county to make sure their Technology Managed Service drives them forward. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family and friends.
As ITEC Dorset Technical Account Manager, I enjoy working with organisations to solve their frustrations with the latest business and education technology. With an extensive background in IT and retail, I know the solutions that assist my customers, streamline their processes and stimulate their growth. In my free time, if I’m not spending it with my lovely wife and family, I like to find my inner geek flying model jet aircraft.

We don’t have call centres abroad or engineers trapped in the county across. The whole team, from IT technicians to highly trained ITEC Engineers, are based locally and on-call 24/7 in case of an emergency. You’ll rarely enter ‘Red Alert’ as we regularly review your service levels to troubleshoot and resolve problems before they occur.
