Before ITEC put its technology Managed Service into action, the team at NRG Law had very slow - and very frustrating - internet connectivity.
The firm had no centralised data storage, which was inhibiting collaboration. With data spread out in different areas, backups were also difficult.

A full-fibre leased line was installed, transforming internet speeds and allowing NRG Law to utilise digital technology and modernise practices.
ITEC migrated all of NRG’s team members to a remote desktop solution, hosted in ITEC’s data centre. This ensures all data is secure and backed up, and allows staff to effectively collaborate on documents.
ITEC Engineers also upgraded the firm’s VoIP phone system to ‘ITEC Voice’. This advanced VoIP platform can easily be scaled to meet the demand as NRG continues to grow and recruit.
The team at NRG is no longer hampered by slow and unreliable internet speeds. The new system has boosted employee productivity and flexibility - team members can access whatever they need from any location on any device.
