Before ITEC’s Technology Managed Service was introduced, Luckley House School was signed up to an expensive MFD contract for a fleet of slow and unreliable machines. They were letting down staff and students alike – and the small IT team were constantly fielding complaints from frustrated staff. As well as the printers, the school’s wireless network was performing poorly and, after inspection from ITEC Engineers, it was revealed that the Wi-Fi and wired infrastructure also needed urgent attention.
As well as a new print management system, a more flexible service agreement and much simpler billing system. ITEC provided more reliable and efficient MFDs and implemented a smart printing solution to eradicate the waste that resulted from unclaimed print, plus improve document security.
The wired networks were reconfigured and Wi-Fi was rebuilt to include cloud-based management.
