COMPLETE OVERHAUL

ITEC Engineers installed a new and much improved VoIP phone system, connected via broadband and hosted securely out of the ITEC Data Centre in Plymouth and linked to a cost-saving fixed-price monthly plan including unlimited calls and unlimited support. 

The existing IT system was rebuilt with faster broadband, better security and based on a hosted system that would better support Fraser and Wheeler’s needs now - and into the future. 

Migration to the new systems was carefully planned to minimise disruption and training was given to all staff so they could make the most of the support and service.
