The club was previously printing brochures for every match – but it was an out-of-date approach that was losing them money. And, the old-fashioned manual scoreboard was far from ideal. The club needed bespoke tech solutions to help it transform the fan experience and look to the future.
ITEC built and launched a responsive app exclusively for Pirates fans, capable of hosting a range of features – including match information, team news, live scores, promotion notifications, merchandise sales and even directions to the club ground.
ITEC also sourced and installed a new digital scoreboard; one that not only displays the score but can display fan and advertiser messages.
