The ITEC & Bristol Sport Customer Story at a Glance

The Situation

With future development plans, multiple training facilities across Bristol, and a football academy, Bristol Sport realised they needed new technology and 24/7 support to reach their aspirations.

The Service

ITEC identified the company needed a consistent tech approach across their stadium and other locations. This included an overhauled Managed Print Service, backed-up IT Support and a mapped out technology strategy.

As part of Bristol Sport’s bespoke Technology Managed Service, two ITEC Engineers are on-site full time. This ensures continuous connectivity and smooth-running tech from the office printers to the shop tills.

The Result

Bristol Sport now have the right tech whenever, wherever they need it. Connectivity has been boosted, server security has been approved and efficiency has been made a priority to save more money and stimulate productivity. Instead of holding them back, their technology is now a safety net and they can now focus on promoting sport across Bristol and beyond.

Bringing ITEC on board was a great move for Bristol Sport, enabling us to push forward with various projects that we struggled with previously,”
Mike Bohndiek, Group Technology Lead at Bristol Sport
