ITEC has been a star performer in the UK Technology Managed Services space over the past decade – growing its revenue from £4M to £50M in 10 years.

Continued development of ITEC’s core Technology Managed Services offerings is very much at the heart of the Xerox global strategy, and ITEC remains committed to delivering bespoke managed services. All senior management, locations and staff are being kept on.
Xerox’s ambition is clear. The acquisition of ITEC coincides with its acquisition of Alto Digital.
