Every organisation is different, which is why spending time getting to know the way in which your business works, and your team’s print management software needs, is a crucial aspect of successfully delivering our managed print services.

ITEC will ensure your entire organisation benefits from more efficient print processes and lower costs by not only sourcing the right printing device, but also matching it to the right software.

doc-Q-route

doc-Q-route print software contains a rules-based print policy to allow organisations to apply conditions for both print jobs and its users. Print jobs can be automatically denied or modified to adhere to the rules previously configured – for instance, requested colour prints can automatically be printed in black and white. In addition to the rules-based policy functionality, routing print jobs to the most cost-effective device is also supported to control toner usage.
