Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery

Guaranteeing an uninterrupted service for your organisation 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

It’s our job to anticipate risks before they occur, and to ensure all necessary measures are in place to deal with any eventuality – from infrastructure monitoring to the facilities needed to keep your team connected and productive at all times.

Conducting a Continuity Analysis

A technical analysis is the first step we’ll take in understanding where you are now to help us develop a roadmap to disaster recovery. Our low impact, low cost introduction to business continuity management will help you understand the risks and implications while also supporting you in providing a disruption-free service to your customers and team.

Work Area Recovery Suite

A key aspect of business continuity involves having a backup environment in the event of your employees not being able to access their office building, IT or Phone Systems. We’ll provide all the high-quality equipment and amenities that you could possibly need, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

From desktop workstations, an onsite data centre and VoIP telephony, through to printers and kitchen facilities – our work area recovery suite will be set-up and configured to match your exact needs.

IT and Telephone System Recovery

Our IT and Telephone System Recovery is often used by organisations as part of an overall Business Continuity strategy, or standalone, to mitigate the risk of systems failing. Our cloud platform gives us the ability to restore servers or entire IT systems from a backup; accessible using the Internet, or via our work area recovery suite.

The solution we provide is flexible and scalable; we can deploy servers quickly and add hardware as required. Our Hosted phone system takes redirected numbers to ensure no calls are lost.

Business Continuity Planning

For most organisations, having a resilient Business Continuity Plan is critical in adhering to industry regulations. The Solicitors Regulation and Financial Conduct Authorities are just two of many governing bodies that require organisations to have a continuity plan in place.

Our continuity plans don’t just focus on data backup and recovery, we review all elements such as, work area recovery, IT and telephone systems and data backup to create a plan that’s bespoke to your organisation.

Business Backups: In-house or Remotely

Loss or corruption of data can have an immediate impact on day-to-day operations; with our data backup services the security and availability of your data is never in doubt. We can work with your current infrastructure to ensure data is backed up securely in-house, or remotely using our data centre.

Not quite sure which backup solution to choose? From day one, our team will undertake a technical analysis to help you decide on the best solution for your organisation.
